You’ve had prior experience in Discord Management.

You have a proven track record of creating and growing discord communities in the past.

You thrive in small teams & like having significant ownership of accountable problems.

Strong time management and readily available.

Resourceful and proactive. Street-smart.

Ability to work under ambiguous situations and always focus on getting things done.

Setup Discord from scratch.

Grow active users/members on discord.

Onboard new users and create amazing onboarding experiences on discord.

Create and launch entertaining, engaging campaigns for client communities on a daily/ weekly basis.

Specifically focus on Discord moderation, on-platform events, and other activities to engage and connect with the broader Komet Discord community.

Condense insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to research and community team.

Manage and clear spam, be responsive and help other community members with their questions.

Prior 1+ years experience as Discord manager in an NFT-centric project!

Strong work ethic, hustle, communication, writing ability, and business development sensibility.

Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset.

Have a deep understanding of leveraging discord bots and other features to grow the existing community and enhance members’ experience.
